Following a rigorous requirements definition process, our specialists were able to design, test and implement a complete end-to-end robust centralized system to efficiently evaluate the performance of the employees.

Solution was designed to support 400+ user base growing exponentially in all the core functioning teams of different departments. The system features:

  • Dashboard for each employee from where they can insert their scorecards, view their scorecards.
  • Clean and easy to use interface
  • Nintex workflows used to implement scorecards approvals, Review system.
  • Complex business logics to generate reports.

Extensive system and user testing with the business prior to the deployment and launch ensured the system was fit for purpose and that there was no interruption to business as usual. Our testing team have ensured the system has continued to run smoothly.
