A manual process was available for handling the customer’s data to generate the CSAT reports within the organization.

Once the data is collected and placed within excel sheets, it required some clean up, clubbing up and filtering of the data and then all the data in the fields needed to be verified manually to generate the specific reports.

 The process of producing CSAT reports was a typical manual operation.

Data collection from all the clients and manual entry for each project was a challenging task.

Other key challenges were typical calculations, sending email notifications, reminders, and scheduling report generation and then sending emails to different stakeholders.


At the discovery stage, after studying the requirements and challenges faced by the Bristlecone for automating the CSAT, Miri Infotech has performed the critical analysis and feasibility study of all the alternatives for various platforms and tools, available in the market which can fulfill client’s requirements.

CSAT is developed to incorporate project management & reporting features which has a lot of project related measurements and reporting functionality. It has different permission levels for the project Managers, Customers, and Management Users.

 All the Programs, Projects, Releases and work streams have “One- to-Many” and “Many-to-One” Relationships with each other depending upon different scenarios. All the Data is displayed in different views with their relation with each other in form of Dashboards for e.g. Program Dashboard, Project Dashboard, and Reports etc.

We have the reports for all Programs, Projects releases and work streams in which the information entered by different employees roll up on different levels.

In this portal we have also implemented the custom workflows to automate CSAT reporting process.

The email alerts and notifications are generated at different stage of workflow & Reports.


This automation of CSAT process was a huge success for the client, and now the client has been potentially working on the portal to manage and track all the project related data and generates reports at different levels.
